De la jornada participaron además del Gobernador Miguel Lifschitz los Senadores de ambos departamentos e Intendentes y Presidentes Comunales como así también representantes de instituciones intermedias.

El objetivo de este plan es proyectar acciones inherentes al desarrollo institucional, comercial, cultural y la infraestructura necesaria para llevar adelante está importante región de nuestra provincia.
